Polikor 93 Polyester Putty is an unsaturated polyester based putty which has a creamy structure offers its user an
extremely easy application with no pinholes.

Description
In conjunction with benzoyl peroxide paste as hardener, it readily hardens even at low temperature conditions
(down to 5 °C). Both wet and dry sandability property makes application very convenient. It provides maximum
performance with minimum effort. It forms smooth, pinhole free surface without any crack or shrinkage.

Application Surfaces
Thanks to its special resin, it provides excellent adhesion on all surfaces including galvanized steel. It can be
applied on bare metal including aluminium, wood, SMC, FRP as well as old painted surfaces. It should not be
applied on thermoplastic acrylic and washprimer surfaces.

Application
- The surface to be applied is sanded
and then degreased with a cleaning
solvent. - Sanding time: 15 - 25 mins
( 23 °C ambient temperature ) - Mix homogeneously with 2 - 3 %
hardener. Pot life: 2 - 4 mins
( Depending on the temperature ) - Sand with P 80 - P 180 grit until the
desired surface is obtained. - Mixture of putty - hardener is
applied with putty spatulas, flexible
rubber or plastic spreaders. - Wear respiratory protection during
application.
Storage
Polikor 93 Polyester Putty should be kept in its original can in a cool place with the lid securely closed. Under
suitable conditions, it can be stored for one year at temperatures up to 25 °C. Improper storage conditions shorten
the shelf life of the product.
Caution
For professional use only. Do not return unused mixed material into the can. Make applications where ventilation is
sufficient. Keep away from heat, sparks, flame, hot surfaces. Vapours may cause flash fire. Causes eyes and skin
irritation. Do not breathe vapours. Use required personal protective equipment. In case of contact with eyes or skin,
